What is called investment, is often referred to as "Development", "Rehabber's" and even "Flippers." Although it looks like fun on tv, there is a lot more that goes into it than what is shown on the screen.
However, we love it. There is no better feeling than taking an old, unlivable property and converting it into a place of refuge and retreat for a family.
