Minimum Requirements

A Partner (or responsible person) MUST be 21 years of age or older.

They MUST have a valid SSN (or Tax ID #, individuals) or EIN (groups and businesses) issued by the SSA.

All Partners MUST satisfactorily complete and meet the requirements of the Suitability section of the Enrollment Form.

Funds provided will be in the form of US Currency (not stock/bond certificates, bitcoin, foreign currency, etc.) and will be submitted through an Escrow Agent.

Funds must be provided from a suitable source and CANNOT be BORROWED.

All Partners MUST agree with and sign the Capital Partner Agreement located in the Enrollment Form.
